Dry Well Mountain Vodka – A Well Never Tasted So Good.

Dry Well Mountain Vodka is often used as a clean base from which bartenders build their cocktails, something they can grab out of the well to start their creations. This vodka is made from a corn mash base which is produced in another, more efficient facility. We pass it through our tiny, less efficient still to clean it up and add some character. We then filter it and finish it in the house to provide a smooth, local alternative to imported mass production. Our bartenders reach into the well to grab this vodka, and we hope you do the same.

If you enjoy vodka, you know that true differences from product to product are often tough to distinguish — and making a spirit that’s more or less like something you already drink just isn’t the Texas style. So we challenged ourselves to be a true vodka originator, not an imitator, which led us to seek out the best, purest ingredients we could find.
